The 4-row ear-picking roller header adopts a mature roller-type header design, with high operation efficiency and good adaptability. The header makes few broken stems, the front-end guiding chain exposes the plant stems to seize ears in a more efficient way and pick ears in a flexible way, with small impact and damage to ears, and the front-mounted hob pre-processes the straws. The header is applicable to early-maturing corn harvesting areas. The 4-row and 6-row plate headers are non-aligned harvesting headers. Equipped with cylindrical six-edged stem pulling roller and ear picking plate, such header has a high operation efficiency, good reliability and low fault rate, and equipped with lengthened separating tips and lengthened guiding chains, such header has a better performance when harvesting laid corns.

1.Equipped with the Danfoss hydrostatic drive system, this series of models features strong driving force, smooth operation and high reliability, and the lever operation experiences from zero to full speed.

2.Equipped with the reinforced closed wheel-side reducer drive axle gearbox system, the equipment has high reliability and good adaptability. In accordance with different requirements, the equipment can also be equipped with a 4WD walking system to make your harvester no longer be troubled by slopes. The 4WD walking system has a stronger adaptability and greater driving force, which enable the equipment to move forward like walking on flat ground. Taking full consideration of the operating characteristics of agricultural machinery, the minimum ground clearance is up to 340mm, and both the approach angle and the departure angle reach 23°, easing the burden of going up and down the slopes. With a wheel base of 2750, the turning is more flexible, and with one-gear-in-place of both the working gear and the propelling gear, the operation is more convenient.

3.Equipped with the efficient horizontal stripping machine of the Company, the stripping is more efficient and clean, and the optimized rubber roller is more wear-resistant.  For different field harvesting requirements, the double auger grain cleaning device and the matched bract chopping and returning device can be selected to have better post-harvesting field effects. Matched with the grain purification fan, the shaker grain cleaning has a higher degree of cleaning, but a smaller loss of grain.

4.Equipped with an increased height-unloading ear tank, the effective volume of the grain tank is up to 2.9m3, and the unloading grain height reaches 2.8m. The hydraulic tilting system and foldable ear sliding plate provide you with effective guarantees of long-time operation and rapid unloading.

5.Yuchai engines are at your option. The 200 hp engine is equipped with 4-row ear picking roller header. The straw pretreatment makes the harvester full of power, while the 175 hp plate header with cleaning screen makes fuel consumption more economical.

6.The fuel system adopts an electronically controlled high-pressure common rail system, with high injection pressure, low speed and high torque, good atomization, and excellent economy;

The ECU control system adopts functions developed for working conditions of agricultural machinery, with strong adaptability;
