Product Features：

1.The line spacing of the upper ear picking header is 600mm, which is suitable for the operation in most areas in the central plains; Equipped with mature spiral-type ear picking roller, the equipment has high operation efficiency and good adaptability. The header makes few broken stems, and the front-end guiding chain exposes the plant stems to seize ears in a more efficient way and pick ears in a flexible way, with small impact and damage to ears. The header is applicable to early-maturing corn harvesting areas. The lower stem harvesting header adopts reciprocating knife to cut roots and expansion rack-type auger to collect materials, and the materials are conveyed to the pre-compacting feeding mouth by the expansion rack-type auger in a forced way. The core component adopts the imported maintenance-free bearing, which reduces the maintenance strength and has a long service life.

2.The pre-compacting feeding and chopping device adopts the four-roller floating-type pre-compacting feeding structure, which meets efficient feeding of a large amount of materials. The cropping knife roller device has 10 rotating blades, which guarantees consistent and chopping length of stems and good uniformity, and such rotating blade is made of excellent alloy steel, with good abrasive resistance and long service life.

3.The secondary throwing device features rational structure, high rotating speed, rational throwing arc design, long throwing distance and high efficiency; the throwing cylinder is designed with two discharge holes, among which the front one can meet the straw collection of its own straw collector, and the latter one can meet truck loading of followed operation at a distance.

4.The lift conveyer of ears has a large width, which makes the ear conveying more smooth with small bumping losses; the discharge hole has a rational structure, without ear bumping and reverse carrying; and the lift conveyer is equipped with a powerful impurity clearing fan, with a better impurity clearing effect.

5.The equipment is equipped with the quality and efficient horizontal stripping machine of the Company, and the stripping is more efficient and clean through the cooperation between the rubber roller and the cast iron roller, while the quality rubber roller is more wear-resistant.

6.The increased height-unloading ear tank can be subject to hydraulic lifting and tilting, which has applied for invention patent. The effective volume of the ear tank is up to 2.6m3 and the unloading rotating shaft is up to 2.87m, which provides effective guarantee for rapid and efficient unloading.
