The equipment is a silage (yellow silage) harvester independently researched and developed by the Company. After years of practice and in combination with high and new technologies, it is equipped with an advanced double-disk saw-blade short header and a grain crushing device, which enables it to complete cutting, sequential feeding, chopping (with rubbing), grain crushing, throwing, truck loading and other operations at a time.

Product Features：

1. The configuration of short-disc header and secondary thumbwheel improves the adaptability of the header, which enables the equipment to harvest short-stalk crops, laid crops and crops with more weeds.

2. Equipped with a new type of corn grain crushing device, the equipment can crush complete corn grains, and the stalks, stems and other fodders will become finer and softer after rubbing in the crush roller, which effectively improves the digestibility and utilization of fodders.

3.  The integral short-disc header resolves the problems of non-aligned harvesting and laid crop harvesting, which realizes the harvesting of silage (yellow silage)  in different cropping patterns, and ensures the consistent cutting length of stubbles.

4. The host machine is equipped with a large-volume material tank (9 m3) to realize the operation without accompanying vehicles. Equipped with three sets of hydraulic components of box lifting, tilting and motor driven chain harrow, the unloading height can reach 4.3m, adapting to various transport vehicles. When working on plots with good following conditions, it also can work along with large transport vehicles by controlling the throwing cylinder that can rotate within 270o.

5. The vertical clamping-type feeding device improves the reliability the whole machine, and the feeding thumbwheel is equipped with positive and negative rotation functions, which can reverse to spit materials in case of blockage, greatly improving the work efficiency.

6. The silage (yellow silage) chopper adopts the knife flywheel structure to achieve multi-stage adjustment of material length and meet different fodder requirements for raising cattle, sheep and other livestock.

7. The host machine is equipped with the operation monitoring system, air-conditioning and refrigeration system and cab positive pressure system to improve the reliability and comfortability of the machine.

8. The host machine adopts a hydrostatic drive stepless speed control system to achieve forward and backward moving and speed changing without frequent shifting, which is simple in operation and can improve the work efficiency.

9. All hydraulic parts of the equipment are controlled by the solenoid valve. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a high-end operating panel and an integrated safety seat, which are completely controlled by the handle and buttons, meeting the ergonomic design and enabling the operation simpler and more comfortable.

10. The new functions, such as one-key homing of throwing cylinder, one-key working state of the machine, automatic separation of main clutch upon shutdown, intelligent floating of the header and one-key lifting, enhance the sense of science and technology of the equipment, the operation of which is simple, convenient and quick.
